Dining Out

Wow! Went to Red Lobster for lunch and only had 1...yes that's ONE of their absolutely decadently delicious cheese-garlic-buiscuits. Man-o-man-o-man! It's worth eating there just for them things! They come out warm and just... ok. back to my small victory.

I took one darling biscuit and delighted in it. Best 3 pts I ever spent (If Dottie's site of restaurant food is right) then had Ceasar salad (dressing on the side, dipped my fork in it and 98% was left in the little dish when I was done w/the salad), hold the crutons. Mahi-Mahi (put terriyaki and mango/pineapple sauce on the side---only dipped my fork in it 2x), vegetables and diet coke.

If I added it all right it was a 9 points lunch. Wow! That's why I love the WW-online program. I just don't feel I'm in a diet! It's different from other times I've eaten at Red Lobster where I would eat 4-5 of them dahling biscuits, a couple of glasses of regular coke or a mixed drink, their combination platters plus full dessert...It's different but I didn't feel deprived. I'm actually so stuffed from lunch that don't know if I can eat dinner tonight!

Anyway, my happy little victory is that I think just maybe I can "have my cake and eat it" with this program. I don't have to feel deprived...just keep on making choices that'll be good for me in the long run.

Sorry
