I'm eating my heart out on WW and feeling quite full. Have not felt hungry yet in the past 3 weeks. What I've done is change the ingredients I use to cook my meals with and this IS helping me sooooooo much!!!

Today I got up late because I worked until 2am last night. I got up and was almost late for a doctor's apointment so ran out of the house without breakfast. When I got back I was famished!!! And so I had a huge breakfast: 4-eggs scrambled w/cheese, 2 waffles w/butter and maple syrup topped w/vanilla yogurt topped with a cup of strawberries and blueberries sprinkled with sugar.

Total points of my breakfast??? 7 points!

How???

Here's my journal:
1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese Light Creamy Swiss Original Flavor (1 pt)
1 serving egg beaters (= 4 eggs, = 1 point)
Scramble egg beaters on pan sprayed w/Spam, add cheese. YYYUUUUMMMMMYYYYYY!!!!!!

1 serving fat free eggo waffles -2waffles (2 pts)
1/4 cup Spring Tree Sugar-Free Syrup (1 pt)
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (1.5 pts)
1/2 cups strawberries (0 pts)
1/2 cup blueberries (0.5 pgs)
Take a cereal bowl, toast waffles and butter them with "I can't believe it's not butter fat-free margarine, top w/yogurt, top w/berries, sprinkle 2 little envelopes of Splenda. SSSUUUPPPEEERRR YYYUUUMMMMYYYY!!!!!!!

Subtotal 7

Not everything I'm trying tastes this yummy BUT a whole lot does. So eating what my family eats but using my own ingredients alone is making a great difference for me.

Sorry
