Have scale... will travel!

http://www.oldwillknott.com/mx200blu.htmlSomeone posted to the WW boards about a mini scale they'd bought. I searched online and finally settled on this one: My Weight MX-200.

It came within days and it's just great!!! This is going to help me lots. Tonight I ate at Panera's and even Dottie's site lists under Panera a 2oz french baguette is 3 pts. It's the piece of bread Panera serves w/their french onion soup.

Well...I pulled out my brand new mini scale, took the top off and put it on top so it acts like a tray, put a napking in there so as not to dirty the top/tray and put the piece of bread... it was 3 ounces instead of 2. Not a big deal, really, BUT little ounces here and there do add up and make me think I'm counting right when I'm actually not.

So in my case tonight I had the points to spare so I ate the 3 oz. My friend didn't have as many points so she took a piece off and just had 2 oz of the bread w/her soup.

Email Will at will@oldwillknott.com if you have any questions as to what's the best scale to buy. I wrote him asking for the best mini scales and he responded right away. The turnaround time is very fast and I found these folks very nice to deal with.

I'm thrilled with my little scale. It's going to be a great help in my journey to a thinner AND healthier me!

Sorry
