She was all alone, crying all day long. “Mom, where am I? Am I back in your womb? But if so I wouldn’t be feeling fear within me. Then where am I? I am hungry mom. I don’t know how to say that to you. I don’t know if you are even nearby. Maybe something has happened to you and that’s why you are not here. Mom, I am afraid. Please come and get me." "Oh mom, I now realize. You have abandoned me right? I am sorry mom, for all the pain I gave you these 10 months. But mom, I have no one else. Where are you? Why have you abandoned me? What wrong have I done? Maybe I am not beautiful or maybe it’s because I am a female. Mom, at least tell me the reason you left me. Oh mom, I know it! It’s because I am crippled, right? What can I do about that? Was it my fault that I'm paralyzed?" Jess cried and cried, hoping her mother would hear her. But her mother was long gone.
