Would you like to taste one?” said Rudy, reaching into a small paper bag and pulling out an ice cream treat for Kenny. “Thank you,” said Kenny. After removing the wrapper and taking a small bite, Kenny’s eyes lit up. “This thing called ice cream is delicious!” he said. “I’m going to buy one for Grandma.” Quickly, he hopped into the local store and paid for the tasty treat. Then he put it inside his kangaroo pouch and continued his long, hot journey to Grandma’s house. One hour later, he finally arrived with a big smile on his face. “I’ve got a surprise for you, Grandma,” he said, excitedly. Slipping his hand into his pouch, he found nothing but wetness. The ice cream treat was gone. “They stole your treat, Grandma!” he yelled. “And all they left is the wrapper and the stick.”
