Walk Two Moons, by Sharon Creech, is a very enjoyable book because of Sharon Creech's way of words and use of country phrases. In the book, Salamanca and her father are moving, leaving the place Sal's lived in forever. Sal's mother is away, and Sal wants to find her. With all of her flashbacks, Sal tells of when she went to Idaho with her grandparents, and also the story of Pheobe. I n the book, Sal learns that things don't always happen like they should, and not to judge anyone. I learned that in the course of a lifetime, little things don't matter. Also, I feel that the character Pheobe is the best thing in the book. We learn a little of her story and her life in the book. I would recommend this book to everyone, because Sharon Creech wrote it well, and I also learned a lot.
