The next day Katie was going to water the seed with her watering can but it was already growing. It grew from one to three to ten feet tall right in front of Katie’s eyes. She was shocked. Katie screamed “Mommy, my plant’s growing really big. Look!” “You have a good imagination.” replied Katie’s mom. The next day it was really hot so Katie went to water her plant. Once she got in her backyard, she said,” Holy Cheese!” The plant was bigger than a tree, and it was still growing, (now by the yard). So she decided not to water it that day and went to play. She told her Mom that her plant was really big, so they went to take a look. Katie’s Mom said, “WOW!” It was bigger than a skyscraper. Katie’s Mom worried about that plant, so she called the tree cutting service. She asked them to cut it down, but they said, “We can’t.” So Katie and her Mom left it there to grow. Then it shrunk all the way down to one foot tall, and Katie liked it that way!
