| Source: Children Come First http://www.childrencomefirst.com/thecupid.shtml Contests Cupid was at it again. I almost dropped my camera when I saw his face at the National Archives. He walked towards me, which was a surprise, and he said. "Excuse me, are you Lydia Rising?" I blushed. That was me, Lydia Rising, the girl with the black glasses and the emerald green hair tie. I pulled my orange hair out of the way, and looked into his brown eyes. "Yes." I said. "I am Lydia Rising, how can I help you?" "Aren't you that famous photographer from National Geographic?" he asked. He looked excited. "I'm…" he started. I cut him off. "You're Roger Blazer, the actor who won the Oscars award for best actor." "Yes…" He looked embarrassed. I was about to say something, when out of the corner of my eye I saw the cupid who was causing all the trouble. She had pulled her bow back and shot Roger Blazer in the back. He fell in love with me and a year later the headlines of the New York Times read: "National Geographic Photographer Marries Oscar winning Actor." Not even when we were eighty did I tell him what I saw the day we met.
