It was not that Sam didn't appreciate his mom cooking a nutritious meal but his mother, Martha, always used to call him when he was busy with his friends playing his favorite game or watching his favorite cartoon show. So, whenever Martha laid a meal on the dining table, he threw tantrums.

One day Martha was very happy as Sam had scored very good grades in his class test. For her love and affection towards her son and contented about his achievement, she prepared a salad with sprouted grains and garnished it so creatively that Sam could not resist it.

He sat on the table and enjoyed the meal. Seeing her son eating her preparation, her heart pounded with love and she realized that till now she had never cooked any meal with so much care and did not take into account the necessary added touches which should be given to a food while preparing and serving it, be it related to the appearance of the food or the emotions which should be there while preparing it, or the timings when the food should be offered.
