CCF Online Writing Contest: All About Tigers! is sponsoring an online writing contest and, because September is "Save the Tiger" month, the theme is all about tigers!

Contest rules are simple:

  • There is no fee to enter the contest and the prize is seeing your entry post to the CCF site.
  • The contest is open to kids of all ages, from elementary school students to senior citizens.
  • Write a short story of 200 words or less that starts out with the words, "The look in the tiger's eyes was one of..."
  • Submit your story using CCF's online submission form,
  • You can spin your story any way you want. Take the first line we give you, "The look in the tiger's eyes was one of..." and run with it. Whether you write a humorous, sad, educational or even a horror story is what will make your story uniquely yours!
