Fun in the Sun

Summer plans were going great. Everything is so perfect during summer time! You're on vacation, like my family and I. We go to Hershey Park every year. It's like a family tradition. We go on all the rides. After the park, we always go in our hotel pool and hot tub. Let me tell ya, it is so relaxing after a long day of walking.

The next day we went home. It was a four hour drive. We watched videos in the car and played games until my brother and I got so tired we had to go to sleep! When we got home we went straight to bed and did not wake up till the next morning.

Do you know when you have so much fun during the summer you completely forget about the book reports that are due the first day of 4th grade? Oh I just hate that. My friends and I are all complaining that the teachers give too much work during summer vacation. Oh don't we all agree on that one? Well gotta go finish my reports. Wish me luck!

Juliet R. is a 9 year old 4th grader from Staten Island, NY who tells us she's an actress, a singer, a dancer, and a great writer.
