The Simmons Graduate School of Library and Information Science announced its Spring 2003 Online Courses. Of particular notice was one of its offerings, The Newbery Award: An Experience. The course ran from April 2-30, 2003.

This particular three-week online institute was taught by Roxanne Feldman who has served on the Newbery Committee.
