Breaking the Food Seduction: After loosing almost 20 pounds since joining WW-online I strayed off from the program and gained all but 9 of them back. Today I've re-committed to staying OP for this next week and will re-commit again next week for another week and, week by week, will aim to stay OP until I reach my goal.
